I’m an Upstate New York native, Southern California and Eastern North Carolina Realtor, military wife and a former homeschooling mom, who was diagnosed with a life altering medical condition, causing me to take a closer look at my lifestyle. I thought I was healthy. I thought I exercised enough. In reality, the amount I was doing wasn’t the problem, it was WHAT I was doing. Each person is an individual, which means they have individual needs that need to be addressed individually. I believe that fitness and nutrition can and should improve your life, not consume it! So, my purpose is to simplify these two areas for each person on an individual basis, so that they can keep reaching their goals towards being the healthiest version of themselves they can be, without stressing or obsessing!

The Timeline
- 2011 -
I was diagnosed with Premature Ovulation Failure/Insufficiency in 2011, which means I was barren at the age of twenty-five, and I was CRUSHED. The doctors explained to me that my body was the equivalent of a 68 year old’s due to the lack of hormones it wasn’t making. I’d like to mention here that my husband and I were blessed with two children prior to this and that he has been my rock through it all.
- 2013 -
In 2013, after many consultations and years of researching solutions, we found a trainer to help get my body in optimal condition which would help improve my life expectancy.
- 2014 -
I decided I needed to make a huge change in how I was taking care of my body- not only for myself, but for my two babies and my husband as well. My trainer Brittany had changed my life and for that I’m forever grateful. It was during that time in 2014 that I knew I had to help others in the same ways that she had helped me so I became a Certified Personal Trainer through the ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association).
- 2015 -
Shortly after, I was diagnosed with another autoimmune condition called Hashimoto's, which affected my thyroid. With Hashimoto's and other autoimmune conditions, food sensitivities can be a struggle, but not impossible to find alternatives and positive results. I learned through my trainer that nutrition is 80% of the outcome (exercise being only 20%) and this fueled my desire to be certified in nutrition. I gained my certification in Sports Nutrition in 2015 through the ISSA and since then, I have been on this incredible journey guiding others to transform their lives in the same ways my trainer had transformed mine.
- 2016 -
Throughout 2016, as we moved and traveled, I found resistance bands, kettlebells, and a great pair of sneakers to be my go-to fitness equipment. I enjoyed it so much that I gained my kettlebells certification with Human Kinetics Continuing Education, Knee Problems Certification, and Trainer's Guide to Diabetes: Type I & II, to help teach people that they can exercise anywhere with minimal and inexpensive tools and still get their desired results.

- 2018 -
I joined Michael and Haleigh Bailey of Forward Fitness and Performance in 2018, coaching group classes and personally training clients. I LOVED EVERY MINUTE OF IT! I enjoyed the feel of a smaller gym and one-on-one client time because it felt like family- something that I’m a firm believer in and the kind of relationship I aspire to have with each and every one of the people I work with.

- 2019 -
In 2020 I earned the Elite Trainer Certification through the ISSA by obtaining my Strength and Conditioning Certifications while earning my California Real Estate License Exam. I am working as a Realtor with Sand to Sea Properties, Inc. out of Temecula, CA and I love it!
In 2019, I happily added the initials of Pn1 (Precision Nutrition Level 1) behind my name. This program has given me another perspective on how nutrition truly is 80% of the results and even by only changing one behavior at a time, you are still moving in the right direction!
